1. Dresses are usually packed inside out for protection.

2. Hang and store the dress in a shaded and dry place.

3.If available, use the inner hanger straps to assist with hanging.

Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Q: Do you have any retail locations?: A: In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), we currently only have an online store.
Q: Which Shipping options are available?: A: We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. Q: How long is the delivery time?: A: When your parcel leaves our quality assurance warehouse, it takes around 7 - 8 days to reach you, depending on the item you order, its origin and destination.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?: A: Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address once the shipping was already processed.

Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.
Q: How to measure myself?: A: We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part.
Make sure you wear tight clothes while measuring yourself. Please check if the dress has a built-in bra, if so, measure yourself without a bra.

I also requested for pockets for my dress and I couldn't believe how beautifully they were incorporated into the dress 10/10 would recommend this dress. I don’t usually order any clothes online but I decided after reading reviews from Facebook, different bridal groups and this site to give it a try. I ordered a standard size and it is a little to big in the boob area. If I would have known I was going to love the dress I would have done custom measurements. It took 29 days from my order date to receive my dress with expired shipping. I Love the dress! The material is great for the price. A few of the sequins popped off when I tried it on but nothing noticeable because they are very tiny.
