2. Inspect the dress thoroughly to locate any stains, including stains from perspirations, foods, liquids and makeup. If the dress is full-length, the hem will most likely have collected dirt.

1. Dresses are usually packed inside out for protection.

2. Hang and store the dress in a shaded and dry place.

3.If available, use the inner hanger straps to assist with hanging.

Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.
Q: How to measure myself?: A: We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.

I am an older bride 49 to be exact, not my first marriage so I wasn’t looking to spend a over $500 for a dress, we had a rustic country themed wedding so I wanted a dress to fit our theme. I ordered this dress and asked them if they could lift them off the shoulder look just a little, I actually saw someone in another review that did that and I loved it. I did custom size but it was still too big, I had it locally altered and she took in 3 1/2 inches in the waist and 2 inches out of the sleeves, then I boought gold and Pearl beads and glued them on the sleeves, and in a pattern on the appliqués on the train, this dress came out perfect!! It was beautiful. No one believes I only paid $200 for it. Oh and I added a $20 belt from Amazon!

I ordered custom to my size, the color “as pictured”. The train was a perfect blush Tulle and the top a white lace with sweetheart neckline. The sleeves a nice decorative mesh material.
This dress comes with many layers! I decided to take a few out simply because I was having a beach wedding and didn’t need them.
The compliments I received were endless. This dress was the best decision I made.
It hugs in all the right places.
I felt like a fairytale princess. It photos beautifully.
Shipping and delivery were prompt.

So i put in custom measurements and it was way big but i had it tailored so not a big deal but omg ! This dress was perfect ! Definitely skeptical at first but saw a couple pictures in the comments so i knew it was going to be beautiful but it was way more beautiful than i thought ! Kind missed the whole shopping experience but the dress definitely made up for that !

I ordered this dress and asked that they raise the sleeves up over the shoulders more and they did so at no extra cost. I ordered it in champagne color and custom sizing, and both were spot on! Ordered on the 23rd of August and received it September 8th. Can't wait to wear it :)

I brought this dress for my wedding and for the price wasn’t expecting much but honestly it’s stunning! It’s such good quality, loads of layers to build the princess style. I did custom order and it was perfect, I asked to change the back to lace up and they did it perfectly, only took around a month to come. All I had to do was get the arms altered to be skin tight but I expected that. 100% recommend Hebeos!

I fell in love with this dress and I ordered it on Jan 22nd and it came on Feb 2nd! I put in my custom measurements and it fits amazing! It has a padded chest and firm construction on the waist. Overall the quality is amazing for what you’re paying!

Beautiful dress! Order came within a couple weeks. Regarding custom fit, I feel like I could have gone down one inch for each measurement. I would pull the measuring tape just a little tighter around me next time. Sleeves are a little itchy around the elastic at the top. Great dress overall! Very affordable!

I'm an overall pleased with the dress. Here are some pros and cons:

Cons:
The sizing was way off. Alot of the reviews said its true to your size but in my case it was not. I was so disappointed about that. The dress was not even a little close to what would fit me. And there was no size tag on the dress so I wasn't sure if it was even the right size. I ordered a size 16 and I know I am a 16 because I went to a bridal shop where they had measured me and 16 fit perfectly on me. The back could barely zip up half way and the back was like 4 to 5 inches off. The dress I got was more like a size 12. I was so disappointed and I thought about returning it but then I read the return policy and it seems like you can't return it due to wrong sizing and after thinking about it I just went and got it tailored and adjusted to where it would fit me. Also not to mention it took 3 and a half week to get to me and I wasnt willing to reorder and waiting that long anyways. So I just had it altered.

Pros:
The material is strong and sturdy. I was very pleased about that.
The dress was very puffy and the dress actually looked like the picture. I can see this dress being sold at Davids Bridal for 600 or 700 dollars if not more.
The sleeves were actually long like the pictures and the skirt looks dreamy.
Overall the dress is beautiful and the only down side is the sizing. I would suggest to order 2 or 3 size up.

Like everyone else, I was super skeptical. My dress arrived after 3 weeks. The dress is lovely and fits amazingly, with the exception of the sleeves. They are pretty big around, but it’s nothing I can’t alter myself. All in all I highly recommend Hebeos, and would def buy from again!
