2. Hang and store the dress in a shaded and dry place.

3.If available, use the inner hanger straps to assist with hanging.

Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

You can pay via PayPal for your order and your payment will be safeguarded. Moreover, you can also look up for real life pictures from our gallery or Facebook page. So we are legit and safe to use.
Q: Do you have any retail locations?: A: In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), we currently only have an online store.
Q: Which Shipping options are available?: A: We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. Q: How long is the delivery time?: A: When your parcel leaves our quality assurance warehouse, it takes around 7 - 8 days to reach you, depending on the item you order, its origin and destination.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?: A: Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address once the shipping was already processed.

Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.
Q: How to measure myself?: A: We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part.
Make sure you wear tight clothes while measuring yourself. Please check if the dress has a built-in bra, if so, measure yourself without a bra.
Q: My body measurements don't fit a specific size!: A: You can choose custom measurements and enter your body measurements into the order details without choosing a pre-defined size. Extra fees might apply.
Q: Are the sizes e.g. UK 10, standard UK sizes?: A: There are no standard sizes for dresses in the UK or the EU, therefore pretty much every manufacturer is using their own chart. Please check our size chart for details.

Like so many other people when I first stumbled across hebeos I was reluctant to order my dress online. But I will say this has been an amazing experience. The dress is a very high quality, just like the dresses I tried on in the big retail stores that were two if not three times the price. Just like the website promises with their custom dresses, my dress fit perfectly. I love this dress more than all the fancy dresses I tried on and it was a quarter of the price. I highly recommend hebeos for anyone looking to save money and still have a great dress!

It's is an amazing dress and I can say the pics online did not do justice, this dress is much prettier in person. I am a slightly bigger lady and recommend this dress to anyone who wants to hide their bottom as the fabric sits well over your bottom and hangs nicely.

The dress is AMAZING!!! This dress feels nice, it's a bit heavy but what wedding dress isn't. It can in quicker then the date provided and it's just like the picture. Note it's not gonna look the same on me because I'm like 10 sizes bigger then the girl advertised but ladies if you're thinking about getting this dress do it. Save your money and get the same quality dress right here for more then half the price. Don't believe me check it out for yourself. It was the best decision I made for this wedding, EVER!!!.

Absolutely stunning dress! My measurements were basically a size 12! It was perfect, I got so many compliments. It was absolutely beautiful, so much better than I expected.
