2. Inspect the dress thoroughly to locate any stains, including stains from perspirations, foods, liquids and makeup. If the dress is full-length, the hem will most likely have collected dirt.

1. Dresses are usually packed inside out for protection.

2. Hang and store the dress in a shaded and dry place.

3.If available, use the inner hanger straps to assist with hanging.

Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Q: Do you have any retail locations?: A: In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), we currently only have an online store.
Q: Which Shipping options are available?: A: We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.

- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.

Okay so I wanted something cheap. I refused to spend more than $300 on a dress.. then I found this website and this dress. I wanted something that’d cover a bit of my arms but that wasn’t full sleeve, because im not fond of my arms. This one seemed perfect for me. I just got it in the mail today, 2 days after it said it was done being made. So it arrived early. I ordered according to the size chart, and it fit as it should. It is a pretty long on me, so I might need to get it altered.. But I am 5’2 and got a size 12.
I definitely would recommend this dress. You definitely cannot beat the quality, especially for the price. After my wedding I will upload a photo!

I was skeptical when I ordered this dress. In fact, after ordering I went to David’s Bridal and purchased a “back up” dress just in case this one was as terrible as I pictured. Well, I was WRONG. This dress has impressive quality and looks better in person than in the pictures online. I caution though to order a size or two larger than your regular size especially in the bust area. I did have to have it altered after receiving it.

The dress is amazing! I love the fabric and its really good for the price. I'll send this one back because I ordered the wrong color and order the same model in other color. But I definitely recommend it!
When I ordered I forgot to select the color and I just noticed when it arrived. And I lose some weight so I can order a smaller size.
The delivery was fast. So I'm sure that If I order new one now it will arrive on time, before my wedding.

Hands down best decision! Let me start by saying I purchased more than a few other dresses (more expensive) from different companies outside of hebeos... Had horrible experiences... On A whim I decided to check here... Came across A few but this caught my eye... After looking at the size I realized my size was in between 2 sizes. Went with the larger size. The dress fit just as I expected it would... I can't tell you how pretty this dress is... And for $188! Just wow.... Also the dress has just the right amount of flow to the bottom of the dress. I would definitely recommend this dress and/or seller....
