Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.
Q: How to measure myself?: A: We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part.

The dress came super fast! I did custom measurements but it still is a little big I will have to take it in for alterations. The straps came in this off color beige I would have preferred no straps. That’s not how the picture portrayed it. Other than that it was what I expected. Height measurements were perfect since I am very short. It did come with and adjustable strap on the inside which was nice but still didn’t bring it around the hips. Will be buying from heboes again

I ordered this dress as my wedding dress and I have to say, it was beautiful! I had been looking at other dresses in store, and just 4 weeks before the wedding I had to pick a new dress online as nothing in the store was really working out. I checked the required measurements, crossed my fingers when one of the sizes matched every single measurement, and ordered this dress. I was super happy! No alterations were needed, the dress looked great for my wedding.

I just want to say a huge Thank you to hebeos! I will admit i was so nervous about ordering my wedding dress online. I have never bought anything as big as this before through a site. I did eventually order my wedding dress and had it custom made. I got it this morning and I am absolutely delighted with it, it is as stunning as it looks on the photo and it fits like a glove. Wow what a surprise when i opened the package!!!! Inside was what I ordered. Just beautiful. I customed my measurements and the fit was good. I will have to take in but that whats happens and is no big deal. Thank you so much!!! Thank you to the wonderful sewing staff. the dress was well made and the appliques work is great. Having my measurements means the top and straps fit perfectly. I would recommend to any one getting married to use this site. This is s my second marriage and the dress is not over the top as it is very classy. cant wait to wear it.

This dress is actually really nicely made! I was VERY surprised when I got it. Also I got it MUCH sooner than I though I would. I got it about 4-5 weeks after I purchased it, so they do not take very long to get it to you. Highly recommend!
