1. Dresses are usually packed inside out for protection.

2. Hang and store the dress in a shaded and dry place.

3.If available, use the inner hanger straps to assist with hanging.

Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Q: Do you have any retail locations?: A: In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), we currently only have an online store.
Q: Which Shipping options are available?: A: We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. For drop or bulk shipping and wholesale container shipping we don't feature expedited options, please contact us if you want to order more than 100 dresses. Q: How long is the delivery time?: A: When your parcel leaves our quality assurance warehouse, it takes around 7 - 8 days to reach you, depending on the item you order, its origin and destination.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?: A: Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address once the shipping was already processed.

Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.
Q: How to measure myself?: A: We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part.
Make sure you wear tight clothes while measuring yourself. Please check if the dress has a built-in bra, if so, measure yourself without a bra.
Q: My body measurements don't fit a specific size!: A: You can choose custom measurements and enter your body measurements into the order details without choosing a pre-defined size. Extra fees might apply.
Q: Are the sizes e.g. UK 10, standard UK sizes?: A: There are no standard sizes for dresses in the UK or the EU, therefore pretty much every manufacturer is using their own chart. Please check our size chart for details.

The top was snug so if you have big girls and a little waist just go up a size and wear a bra with it, I got a petticoat for under the dress to make it bigger but it was beautiful and the material was comfortable!

Absolutely gorgeous! I was very scared for the arrival but was amazing for the price! I had it custom made to my measurements because I'm 5ft, the top was quite big but proberly my fault with measureing myself, I just got a seamstress to take it in & added a sparkle belt from amazon for £12!,
Lovley material, I am now so sad it's all over & can't wear it again

So I was one of those, that didn’t read the fine print. I planned my wedding in four weeks so I had to find THE dress quickly. After ordering this I thought man this is a steal! Price is awesome! I got the confirmation email and began to read it. It stated that there was minimum time for tailoring and then for shipping. My heart sank. Because I knew it wouldn’t be here on time. I wrote them a message begging them to help me get it here in time. They responded with they would try their best. They pulled through and the dress was beautiful! So they get all around ratings from me. Not only did they give me what I asked for in the timespan I needed, it was exactly what I wanted and the price for it was a HUGE steal! I highly recommend them! I know looking at the price makes you hesitant because it does seem too good to be true, but believe me when I say it, it’s worth it! Thank you again HEOBOS!
