Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Q: Do you have any retail locations?: A: In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), we currently only have an online store.

Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.

- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.

This took well over 2 months to get sewn, stitched and properly altered by the company. I was very nervous at the first click of the order. After communicating with the custom serviced for weeks at the time I finally received my dress as described by the review and the image. I ordered a size up with costume content to make the dress longer, which I was not disappointed. This dre4ss arrived in a double layer of packaging for maximum protection of my wedding dress. No rips in the package nor the dress. This was the most perfectly made dress for the beautiful price.
The dress does contain an "Angelina J" thigh gap on the left side of the dress, ( at least for me) and it very elegant for a Summer wedding. If you are planning on ordering any items off the site, make it well in advance as things do get backed up with Prom season coming up.

I had read some reviews of this website after I had already purchased this dress and got nervous! But after emailing the customer service team, they reassured me I would have the dress delivered as promised. Sure enough, it came on time!! And even better, it was super quality made! I could not have asked or hoped for anything better. It truly was quality made with the lining really holding things together in the abdominal area. The detailing was also very impressive. I will say that I did have to get the dress altered and taken in because I ordered up a size to ensure that it wasn’t to small. Had I just ordered the size I originally thought I should have it would have fit perfect. Thank you Hebeos! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a wedding or formal dress from you!

I love the cut on this dress, it is comfortable, perfect length for work, and always get compliments when I wear it. This is the second dress I bought now. Love the cut...there is no belt that came with either one of them to make a bow in the misslde, but truthfuly it is not needed

hebeos and her team were wonderful while building this dress. We took their original design and tweaked it a little bit and it came out wonderfully. There was a lot of hesitation when buying a dress from overseas but if you’re having doubts, don’t when buying from hebeos . Your dress won’t show up the wrong color or style. They take extra care when designing and shipping. Seriously such a great deal when getting a handmade dress. Thank you! The pictures do not do her work justice.
